Invoice Distribution Pipeline**
Bulk generation selesai, invoice sudah exist di system. Sekarang: bagaimana deliver ke mahasiswa efficient?
(1) Automated Email Distribution**
– System generate 10.000 email (personalized): “Hai [Nama], tagihan semester Anda [Rp X] sudah siap. Lihat rincian: [portal link]”
– Email dari noreply@kampus.ac.id with branding, attachment PDF invoice
– Schedule staggered sends (tidak sekaligus, avoid email spam filter): 1.000/jam
(2) WhatsApp Notification (Optional)**
– Integration dengan WhatsApp Business API (if enabled)
– Send templated message ke student WhatsApp: “Tagihan [Rp X] ready. Bayar sebelum [date]. Link: [payment gateway]”
– Open rate WhatsApp > Email (60% vs 20%)
(3) Portal Self-Service**
– Student login ke SEVIMA Student Portal
– Lihat invoice detail: breakdown tagihan, due date, payment method, pembayaran history
– Download PDF invoice, print sendiri, atau bayar langsung
(4) Delivery Tracking**
– “Setiap transaksi yang berhasil maupun gagal akan tercatat secara otomatis di dashboard” (Bulk Payment Pivot). SEVIMA track:

Student tidak perlu call admin “di mana tagihan saya?”. Lihat sendiri di portal.
